Tour Notes: Among the most photogenic Atlanta office space developments I’ve been to in quite a while. This was a top contender in the atmosphere category. A longer timeline to finished space kept it off the short list due to timing constraints.
Castleberry Hill is a unique urban community with a very strong historic background. The neighborhood offers excellent shopping, spa services and grocery stores like Boxcar Grocer. Nelson, Peters and Walker streets are the heart of Castleberry Hill. They host a peaceful area with a growing presence of restaurants, art galleries and loft residences. In 2008, a 42,000 SF building was built and has one of the most impressive resumes in the area. Its location is 327 Nelson Street, Atlanta, GA 30313. What does this impressive resume entail?
