@atlantaleasing: CoStar’s 1st quarter market advisory report reveals that Class A Office space in the Northwest Atlanta submarket has a 14.8% vacancy rate and average quoted rate of $23.18 /SF. The two properties mentioned in the article are showing vacancy of 22.2% and an average quoted rate of $19.74 /SF. Assuming space is cheaper by the dozen, Lincoln stands to achieve among the lowest rate in any Atlanta submarket for Class A space. In so doing, this one deal will reduce vacancy in the Northwest market by almost 1% and make one of these properties (and @CushWakeATL ) very happy.
