Stephan Dickie

Stephan Dickie, a proud St. Pius X alumnus and Georgia State University graduate with a degree in accounting, began his professional journey at Invesco. After honing his corporate skill set, he moved to Guatemala in 2016, where he became fluent in Spanish and earned the DELE diploma, an internationally recognized credential for non native speakers.

In 2020, Stephan returned to Atlanta, where he became an active investor and developed a strong focus on commercial real estate. Since then, he has represented buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in the acquisition and leasing of assets. He has experience transacting across multiple asset classes, with a primary focus in the Metro Atlanta area and additional activity throughout Georgia.

Stephan brings a strong analytical foundation to each transaction, with a high level of proficiency in underwriting properties and evaluating both intrinsic and extrinsic value. He is known for helping clients make informed, strategic decisions that align with their objectives, while consistently working to protect their interests and maximize outcomes. He believes that discipline, perseverance, and a strong work ethic are the foundation for long term success in both business and life.
