Here at Atlanta Leasing & Investment headquarters we have made a smooth transition into the New Year and hope our readers have as well. The sluggish economy over the past few years has tested everyone’s strength of character including ours. After sharing experiences and tips with other professionals at GABB business meetings and various broker meetings across Atlanta, we are better educated and more motivated than ever. We are excited for the opportunity to continue showcasing all of the magnificent examples of Commercial Real Estate properties that have formed our great City Of Atlanta into what it is today. There are many exciting questions yet to be answered as we head into 2015, including:
Will the real estate market make a full comeback?
Will Mayor Kasim’s 3 month plan of free rides on the new Atlanta street car convince skeptics to hop on board or will it cause more traffic back up?
Who will take Mike Smith’s position as the Falcons head coach?
Will the 14,600 apartment units (planned, under construction or already delivered) around the city be a must or a bust?
Now that 100% of the Atlanta Hawks ownership is up for grabs, who will take it and will they remain in Atlanta? (unlike the fate of our Atlanta Thrashers)
