The Preston Partnership, a firm with a diverse portfolio that was founded on architecture and design, is cooking up a mixed use project in Reynoldstown, Atlanta. The mixed use project design has been submitted, and is to be built at 144 Moreland Avenue. It will go by the name Elan 144.
The building site is 4.46 acres and is surrounded by Moreland Avenue to the east, Wade Street to the south and Seaboard Avenue to the north. The streetscape towards Moreland Avenue and Brantley Street will provide 16,000 SF for restaurants and retail shops in a concrete podium below an elevated courtyard.
The plan for now is to have three restaurant spaces ranging between 1,900SF and 4000SF with the remaining space reserved for dry goods retail. The amenity and leasing space totals 10,000SF and parking is available in an adjacent 5 level open parking deck with 467 spaces.
