Tour Notes: After this tour, I had one question, was this building previously a church or bank? Whatever the case, the unique architecture and furnishings of this 5,000 SF office building have helped keep this a profitable intersection since 1979. There are computers inside that date back to the late 1980’s and not only do they still function, but we were informed that they never crash. Take that Apple and Microsoft!
The property is commercially zoned and the location is at the intersection of Johnson Road and Briarcliff.
Everyone needs groceries and the bustling Kroger across the street guarantees steady traffic throughout the area, over 14,200 – 20,664 vehicles per day to be more precise.
The building has an upstairs office and the downstairs has been split into two separate offices that can be accessed from the front or rear of building.
The parking seems to be divided well between the three businesses and there are a variety of food options nearby. The occupants had high remarks for Red Pepper Taqueria, Waikikie Hawaiian BBQ, Thai Chili, Nicola’s Restaurant and Ameer Mediterranean Grill. Currently the building is listed for sale at $900K.
