Tour Notes: Among the most photogenic Atlanta office space developments I’ve been to in quite a while. This was a top contender in the atmosphere category. A longer timeline to finished space kept it off the short list due to timing constraints.

Castleberry Hill is a unique urban community with a very strong historic background. The neighborhood offers excellent shopping, spa services and grocery stores like Boxcar Grocer. Nelson, Peters and Walker streets are the heart of Castleberry Hill. They host a peaceful area with a growing presence of restaurants, art galleries and loft residences. In 2008, a 42,000 SF building was built and has one of the most impressive resumes in the area. Its location is 327 Nelson Street, Atlanta, GA 30313. What does this impressive resume entail? A mixed-use building containing retail, lofts, offices, gallery space and a neat courtyard. Current tenants Wine Shoe, Krucial Kuts, Sweet Tooths Dessert Bar, Blu’ Bisque and Iwi Fresh Garden Day Spa are all alive and well.

Walk to the Georgia Aquarium, Underground Atlanta, CNN Center and the soon to be Falcons Stadium. And how often do we hear, “I would stop in to check the place out but there is no parking.” Well, there is no excuse this time. Choose from the 112 free covered deck spaces and 60 parallel spaces for parking. Or hop on MARTA, the nearest station is only 5 minutes away from the building.
