AL&I recently represented Six Feet Under to negotiate a long term parking lot development and lease for their Westside location. The .39 acre lot assemblage will remove three blighted houses from the neighborhood and create 44 parking spaces for Six Feet’s customers. While this project took a long time to complete, it was quite interesting since it involved a long term lease, large capital expenditure (to build the parking lot) and a full blown development process: planning & zoning, lot consolidation, engineering, tree removal, etc. Definitely not your typical tenant representation gig!
